Our specialist divisions


Office Support:

We recruit: Executive Assistants, PAs, Secretaries, Team Assistants, Coordinators, Administrators, Specialist Departmental Assistants, Receptionists, Office Managers, Facilities Assistants, Runners and Office Juniors.  We also recruit graduate entry level and Account Executives.


We recruit: Human Resources professionals from entry to Director level across all specialist areas; Generalist, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Organisational Development.


We recruit: All levels of traditional marketing roles, digital marketing, PR and communications, events and CRM.



We recruit: All levels within the accounting and finance function including qualified, part -qualified and managerial.

Temporary / Freelance:

We recruit temporary and freelance candidates of all levels across our divsions, however we also boast our renowned temp team devoted to supplying industry office support staff at short notice!  

CSR Policy

As a business, Impact provides a service rather than manufacturing a product which means that happily, our impact on the environment is relatively small. We recognise the case for businesses to contribute to sustainable development goals and we understand the benefits of reducing the consumption of natural resources. Our Work in the Community

Impact has developed a "Community Programme" to benefit charities and community groups, as well as promoting a sense of achievement and positive team building experiences.

The programme enables every employee to spend one day per year to making a difference - to their community, the environment or to a charity.

We also work with Inspire, a charity focussed on helping children from Hackney gain experience in the work place. We offer internships to students from the borough each year.
