It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
With the end of November drawing ever closer, the Christmas
trees and mistletoe are being prepared in time for the best month
of the year! Already the Christmas adverts are appearing on our TVs
in homes across the UK making it feel like the beginning of the
festive period. There's nothing better than settling down with a
cup of hot cocoa and being reminded that Santa will make an
appearance in just a few weeks' time!
There are so many great campaigns this year that it's hard to
choose our favourite! The greatly anticipated John Lewis Ad graced
our screens earlier last week and what a treat it was. The whole
Impact office just fell in love with 'Buster the Boxer' with his
adorable eyes and antics on the trampoline. The Waitrose advert
also made our heart's melt as a tiny robin battles against weather
conditions, high seas, hawks and exhaustion to reach a British
garden to find food and a breeding partner.
Last but not least the M&S ad made an absolutely sterling
impression on our Impact office following Mrs Claus, a sleek and
sophisticated hero, who sets out to save a little boy's
Christmas. Traditionally Mrs Claus has faded into the
background, but M&S has rebranded Mother Christmas to make her
something women and girls in 2016 can all aspire to and we just
