Harley joins the team as HR recruitment Consultant recruiting for Permanent, Interim and Temporary roles within the HR Function. Already Harley has been an absolute delight to work with, he brings a huge amount of passion and determination already to the team and we are excited about what his future holds here with us.

Tell us about your experience?
In my previous role I was working for a public sector recruitment agency, specialising in Estates and Facilities. Before that I studied photography at the University of Brighton.
Why did you choose Impact?
I choose Impact because from the minute I walked into the door I felt like everyone was truly interested in me as a person. Their passion, enthusiasm and expertise was clear to see and I was eager to develop my career with them!
How have your first few days gone?
My first few days have gone amazingly, I’ve been truly warmly welcomed into the team and I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in here.
How would you describe the culture and working environment?
Impact live and breathe their values. The office has creative work splashed around the walls, the people are friendly and knowledgeable and they are all passionate about the industry.
Having joined as Consultant on our HR Division, what type of ‘impact’ do you hope to make?
I want to become a trusted partner for our clients, adding value through my creative background and having a lot of fun along the way!
