After graduating I went into publishing sales and shortly afterwards into recruitment where I started a perm desk, followed by forming a new temp division for the agency. I first met Julia at a meeting in the ad agency we were recruiting for and she became my client (I was good apparently). We then worked together and shortly afterwards started Impact. Over the last 11 years we’ve watched ‘our baby’ grow and are now extremely proud of Impact and our brilliant staff who are all as devoted to providing the best service to the media as we are.

Beginning my career in publishing, fashion and then advertising gave a solid insight to the creative sector. I then found my niche in recruitment, initially in-house, before moving to a specialist agency. Two years later, Nick and I came together to launch Impact. I couldn't be prouder of the agency we have built over the past 11 years. Our passion, integrity and consistent delivery have been rewarded with an impeccable reputation in the market place.
