Bridget Holder

Bridget recently joined the team as a Principal Talent Partner on our Support Division. She has almost 10 years’ experience in recruiting for everything from Customer Service to Executives Assistants. Bridget has always had a passion for finding the best talent for creative brands, and has worked predominantly within music and entertainment.

Bridget left the beaches of New Zealand with a 2 year work visa in 2014. She fell in love with the place and is now a British Citizen celebrating her 10 years in the UK. In her spare time she is an enthusiastic rugby fan and lover of a good country pub.

Sally Slingsby

After graduating in Uni (Fine Art), five years ago, Sally started her career in the arts, eventually becoming Creative Director at The Royal Standard Gallery and Studios in Liverpool.

She later managed a commercial art gallery showcasing and selling art and working with businesses to commission private and public artwork across the UK. In 2020 Sally was asked to return to Liverpool John Moores University as a Sessional Lecturer Curator and Researcher working with final-year art and design students, preparing them for the move into the creative industry.

She then headed to London and began her career in creative recruitment.

During her recruitment career, Sally has worked with some of the biggest names in design, building up a repertoire of exceptional designers and top-class clients. Nurturing exceptional talent and creating springboards for creative careers is at the heart of what Sally does.

Sally specialises in permanent and temp positions within branding, packaging, motion and digital design.

Isabel Dickson

Isabel is an Associate at Impact working across the Creative & Marketing Division. Her strong background in film & television has allowed her to contribute her knowledge of the creative industries to her role. She loves connecting with her candidates and getting to know their work, to find the best people for our amazing clients.

With two short films under her belt that she produced, directed, wrote and starred in, Isabel has a strong passion for acting, theatre and filmmaking. When she is not at work, you can find her in the rehearsal room, drinking oat flat whites, and exploring the many London markets.

Kitty Allison

Kitty is our friendly Associate on the temp desk. After leaving the world of Learning & Development and Hospitality, she’s excited to be matching people with flexible support work within the Creative and Media Industries. Kitty’s built her career on getting to know people and tailoring experiences to suit them, so you’ll probably catch her asking all of the questions over the phone to get to know you better.

Outside of work Kitty is a passionate writer and foodie, which is combined in her writing reviews of crisps from around the world. She also loves balance: alternating her weekends between slow yoga practices and the bustling floors of house music gigs. She’s the happiest in the centre of a dancefloor and after six years is still discovering the best in London.

Daniel Asaya

With a background in ED&I and Recruitment, Dan will be joining the HR division as the EDI Recruitment Consultant to enhance Impact's offering across the D&I spectrum. He’d also be placing specialist ED&I roles, recruiting more diverse candidates into generalist roles and hosting HR/EDI roundtable discussions and events with our high-profile Media and Creative Clients and Network.

Outside work, Dan enjoys volunteering, singing, going to the gym, and cooking Nigerian jollof rice.

Emma Hooper

With a strong career history in recruitment, Emma is the newest member to Impact HQ as a Senior Consultant to our HR sector. With a career history in recruitment spanning from in house small media agencies, to 360 recruitment, Emma’s got what it takes to match amazing talent with their dream jobs and add value to both candidates and clients!

Outside of work Emma is a very proud new dog mum to rescue puppy Edie, and will talk about/show photos of her with very little persuasion. After living in London for the last 10 years, she spends her time between the capital city and her home town of Manchester. Emma is into Chinese food, horror films and watching in despair as Man United lose yet another football match.

Jasmine Madhar

Recruitment is a real passion of Jasmine’s, loving nothing better than finding someone their dream role and building lasting relationships along the way. Having come from recruiting international Doctors and Nurses for the NHS in her hometown, Wolverhampton, she thrives now working in the creative industry. Being very spiritual and a big believer in law of attraction, Jasmine thinks she manifested her role with Impact!
Since Jasmine is settling into London life, the Impact team have shown her the best social spots in town where she can be found having a drink at the weekends
She visits the theatre as often as her budget allows and her favourite show is ‘Wicked’ with ‘Harry Potter and the Cursed Child’ as a very close second. At home, she is busy being the youngest dog mom on the planet taking Rocky the cockapoo on walks with quite a few treats to hand!

Ferhan Arif

Since graduating from Uni (Law) Ferhan worked in HR/Recruitment over the last 6+ years across different commercial industries, but specifically within the creative space over the last 3 years…

The creative journey for Ferhan began within one of the largest independent youth media company, where he was first exposed to the power of creative content and its impact (no pun intended). He then moved across into a ‘New Model’ communications marketing agency where he fully immersed himself into the environment, amongst the creative crafters from design teams, copywriters and creative producers. Driven by passion and culture, the agencies mission is to be a change agent within the industry, which made it a perfect opportunity for Ferhan to develop himself and grow his experience.

After a stint away from the industry, Ferhan joined an award winning independent creative-led design studio. This was an opportunity that gave Ferhan the platform to excel in his knowledge within design and creative job roles, making him our expert to lead and drive our creative search for Impact Recruitment.

Sarah Cairney

Sarah started out in performing arts 10 years ago, and graduated from Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts with a BA(Hons) in Acting in 2019. She is also an experienced writer and project co-ordinator, and prides herself on her resilience and ability to adapt, striving to be the best and always asking “What’s next?”
Sarah began her journey with Impact as a temp candidate after graduating, and fell in love with their ethos and hands on approach to work, so she is delighted to be part of the team full-time.
With experience both as a temp and in the acting industry, Sarah feeds her curiosity by networking and finding out what makes people tick, and she is always up for a good debate.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys going to the theatre, comedy clubs, and dreaming about the day she finally adopts a dog (or two…)

Mark Bedford

Mark is a consultant, working across all levels of Marketing within the creative, media and tech industries. Mark has been recruiting for over 7 years across the media, charity and sales industries. He prides himself on building lasting relationships and finding people their dream job.

Mark has been passionately involved with the music industry for over 20 years as a DJ, producer, events coordinator and presenter of a (he thinks) funny music podcast. When he’s not dancing with surprisingly little rhythm, he is a proud father of a little boy and can be seen stood at the side of a muddy football pitch, most weekends embarrassing his son, cheering him along.

Erica Travis

Erica recently started with us this year after graduating with a 1st class degree in Event Management. Continuing to run underground music events with friends in Bristol, she has jumped into recruitment and London life with open arms. She’s passionate about building relationships with every person, candidate, or client that she meets, and we love her for it.

Erica is known in the office for her statement fashion and always having a big plan for the weekend. Since being in London she has been trying out one big club night at a time and going to a few mid-week Drag shows in between. She loves trying all the new food places that pop up around the office, and you can be sure she will always be up for bringing everyone together for a team social, yoga, drinks or ping-pong (although if you’re on her team you will more than likely lose!).

Carly David

Carly is Principal Consultant, working across all levels of HR within the creative, media and tech industries. Carly has extensive recruitment experience across the media sector, with over 10 years working across the industry.

Carly is a huge animal lover and when she’s not saving rhino’s in Zimbabwe she’s looking after all her friends dogs, as she’s obviously their favourite auntie!

Kyran Taylor

Kyran graduated from Staffordshire University gaining a First Class degree in Computer Games Design (Hons), going on to specialise as a 3D Environment Artist.

Fresh out of University, he found a taste of recruitment, joined Impact is now loving every minute of it. With a trained eye for design and creativity he specialises in Creative and Design roles, ranging across digital design to graphics, motion, video production and more.

Outside work, you can catch him watching scary movies (most likely hiding behind a pillow), burying his nose in a good book, mentoring and tutoring students or doing voluntary work as a 3D artist on community projects. Notedly, he cannot be trusted around a packet of biscuits, he will leave none behind. One thing is for sure, you can always count on him to point out any dog within eye-shot.

Georgia Parnham

Georgia is the Associate Consultant on the Temporary division. Georgia prides herself not only in her being the DJ and baker of the office, but also in her ability to build great relationships with her candidates and her creative writing and designing wizardry.

Georgia likes to weight-lift, find new places to explore in London and internationally, be let loose on the west end, sing at open mics or drag queen karaoke nights, songwrite, embrace her home bunny side with a psychology documentary and spiced herbal tea, bop along to tunes on nights out, and express herself through any creative means.

Layla Sahel

Coming from a fashion background, I’ve always been an avid gallery-hopper, with a particular interest in street fashion! When I’m not out with friends having drinks or going to gigs, I’m trying to zen out with my new yoga obsession.

My professional background is sales and student recruitment so I’m very excited to be merging my creative and sales experience in my new role at impact!

Abdi Mohammed

Abdi is Senior Consultant specialising in Mid to Senior level Tech appointments . Abdi brings a wealth of recruitment experience and he will work across our extensive media, creative and award winning global brand client base. Coming from a IT tech background for over 4 years he is keen to hit the ground running starting the new Tech division within Impact.

Abdi also promotes a healthy lifestyle. He is a boxing fanatic and enters boxing competitions regularly to test himself. You will find him in the weekend either in the boxing gym or watching an Arsenal game (Former season ticket holder it hurts too much).

He is hugely keen on building new connections within the field and loves to develop relationships with clients to the point of complete comfortability in knowing that he will deliver when called upon.

Chris Beamish

Chris is Managing Consultant of the HR division and he focuses on mid to senior level hires across the creative, media and tech industries. Chris prides himself on his relationship driven and consultative style, partnering large media groups and smaller independent agencies alike. He enjoys networking within the HR industry and is instrumental with our client events, specifically around diversity.

Chris is a father to his daughter (admittedly still learning on the job) and is known to be an intrepid traveller (highlights include Nicaragua, New Zealand and South Africa), a huge Man United fan and has been known to belt out a few karaoke tunes!

Chanelle Morgan

Chanelle joined Impact in the Summer of 2018 and has loved building her network and experience within digital marketing. She has had great successes placing fantastic candidates for some of the biggest brands and agencies, as well as building strong relationships with some of the most in vogue SMEs.

She is well known for three things: her passion for Digital Marketing, her love of Spring Rolls (it must be lunchtime o’clock somewhere) and her enthusiasm for hot yoga and fitness.

When she is not at work, you will most likely find her travelling the world with her son or spending time cooking healthy meals.

Josie Marjoram

Josie joined Impact last December as a team assistant to our Temporary Support Division After working in insurance for 4 years, she felt like she wanted to break into creative recruitment, which led her to Impact. Josie now supports the Temp team with admin duties and our candidates with weekly payroll and general enqueries.

Josie is also a qualified hairdresser so you’ll find her at the weekends cutting friends and families hair. She also has a passion to travel so you’ll always hear her planning her next thrill-seeking adventure.

Michaela Green

Michaela is an Associate Consultant with the permanent support team. She originally joined Impact as a candidate looking for her first role in the big city, but was quickly snapped up once the team saw her potential. As an Associate, Michaela is in charge of resourcing the best candidates for the support team and matching them up to their dream roles.

In her free time you can find Michaela with her nose in a new play, practicing a monologue in an acting class or freezing her limbs off outside a stage door. Or when she’s feeling particularly smug she can be found digging out her hockey stick and playing a good stress relieving hockey match.

Amy is passionate about accounting & finance in a creative industry and has 3 years’ experience in accounting. After working for different industries she joined Impact as a credit controller.

Amy would describe herself as motivated individual, enthusiastic and hard-working. Outside work, Amy loves to ski, travel, play xbox one, music festivals and nights out with friends.

Nikita Thakrar

After studying Accounting in school and university, Nikita knew it was the career for her. She started her career as an Accounts Assistant and worked her way up to Finance Manager. She has previous experience in recruitment before joining Impact and just loves the atmosphere!

Outside work, she loves to binge Netflix, travel, go out with friends and family and loves to take over the dancefloor at parties.

Emily Bowyer

Emily has extensive experience recruiting creative, digital and traditional Marketeers whilst working with brands such as Universal Music, WPP, Improbable, Just Giving and Fox.

She joined Impact as a recent grad and is one of our huge success stories – starting her career as an Associate and rising through the ranks to eventually lead our Marketing and Creative team and form part of our Management Team. She is instrumental in leading her team through growth and continued success.

In her spare time, she expresses her creativity through art, explores cool places and tries new things, both locally and abroad.

Gemmarose Paned

Gem is an experienced interim and temporary specialist partnering with multiple companies in the Media, Creative and Luxury retail sectors.
Gem has 4 years recruitment experience and a proven track record in interim finance space. She is proud at being the first Impactee to win Consultant of the month within 8 weeks of joining! Other than being our dedicated temp and interim finance specialist she also sits on our Social Impact team where she has assisted with talks and round table events on topics such as BAME and Wellbeing in the work place and is one of our mental health first aid champions.
Outside work, you’ll be able to find Gem on the dance floor as she is a trained Latin dancer and it’s her passion, she’ll be either attending a class or assisting in teaching one! Gem also loves attending superhero based events if not being at home with friends and loved ones watching and singing along to a Disney film!

Tom Wachnicki

Tom oversees 3 team members whilst focusing on qualified finance positions across a variety of clients from start-up tech businesses, Global Agencies to Production/TV/Film companies. Tom came into the team mid 2016 with 1 years Recruitment experience and applied his knowledge to work with a handful of existing media clients but also breaking into new clients such as Improbable, Sony PlayStation and Warner Music.

Tom thrives on events and co-hosted a GDPR event with a number of HR professionals in the creative industry as well as hosting networking events for his finance candidates and clients.

In his spare time, Tom will most likely be eating pasta, going to gigs of some of his favourite Hip Hop artists as well as exploring some of the finest luxury resorts across the world.

Harley Marjoram

Harley is responsible for all internal recruitment within Impact; hiring our Associates, Consultants and Senior Consultants whilst building relationships across the industry. He ensures we have top talent joining us and works with the Co-Founders on our employer brand, keeping us a great place to work.

Harley moved into his new role from our HR team: he loves the fast-paced nature of creative recruitment and is passionate about life at Impact.

He has a degree in photography and when he’s not recruiting for us, you will find him in the gym practicing his Thai boxing skills, or banging his head against a wall because his beloved Southend Utd have lost… again!

Renee Hayles

Renee is passionate about helping people and assists the HR division in sourcing candidates for Permanent, Temporary and Freelance roles. Recently joining the team with 2 years’ experience in a charity and a global music label. Renee has been applying and adding to her recruitment knowledge through extensive training and support from the Impact team.

With a degree in Business Management and previous experience in Talent Acquisition in creative companies, it was only right for Renee to join the Impact family.

In her spare time, Renee loves travelling, going to gigs and spending time with friends and family.

Rebecca Adams

Before joining Impact, Becks had been living in Sydney, Australia which she would still consider her second home! After doing sales for a couple of years she joined Impact as an Associate and quickly progressed into a Consultant. She specialises in the junior HR market partnering with companies in the Creative, Media and Digital industries.

Becks would describe herself as someone who is always willing to help, she is part of the Social Impact Team and champions our efforts in caring about the environment and is part of the mentor programme. She is positive and empathetic with a passion for meeting new people.

Outside work, Becks loves to travel, ski and read her favourite British style magazine LOVE, although on your typical weekend you’ll find her attending a bottomless brunch or down the local with friends.

Lucie Meri

Lucie is passionate about all things digital and recruits across Permanent, Temporary and Freelance within the Marketing division, partnering up with the likes of Burberry, WPP, as well as with smaller creative agencies across London and Europe.

With a degree in Marketing and previous experience in recruitment, it couldn’t have been more obvious for her to join the Impact family. She also sits in on our Social Impact Team and takes Social Responsibilities at heart.
Lucie is known as a professional dabber, bad joke teller, amateur photographer. Very French, very passionate and very HUNGRY (in every sense of the word & specifically when it comes to this last slice of cheese). A dreamer to some, she believes in the power of creativity and collaboration.

Shannon Urwin

Shannon joined Impact as a Team Assistant to our Permanent Support Division, but has since worked her way up to Junior Consultant. Coming from a customer service background people are her passion, so a career in recruitment is a dream - matching the best candidates to their perfect, forever role (it also helps that she makes a cracking cup of tea, it’s the only reason the team keep her around!).

Outside work she is usually found in a muddy field at a festival with friends, binging on Netflix documentaries and cheese puffs, or relaxing at home with family and her fur babies, Oscar and Tallulah.

Julia Dosne

Our Co-Founder Jules is passionate about providing exceptional levels of service and building true partnerships with our incredible clients. Together with Nick, she has built and grown Impact’s esteemed offering over the past 18 years and values all the relationships we proudly have.

Jules is now focused on the strategic and operational direction of Impact whilst running our client events, and establishing diversity partnerships between our clients and the community.

Life outside of Impact see’s Jules perfecting her swing as a keen ‘wannabe’ golfer and is a regular at the gym which allows for her love of fine wine, champagne and dining in the latest openings! She unwinds with her husband by soaking up the rays, with a cocktail in hand or indulging her need for speed on the slopes!

Nick Evans

As Co-founder of Impact, Nick is dedicated to the growth and success of the company.

Nick is passionate about ethical business practices and he leads our Social Impact team. He has shaped the community work we undertake, making excellent relationships with clients, charities and organisations who are committed to using business as a force for good. Nick advises clients on inclusivity, runs projects with educational institutions such as Pimlico Academy and LCC and given a talk on the subject in Parliament

Outside all things Impact, when not being a doting father to 2 daughters, he is firmly in the middle of a mid-life crisis and can be found on his bike, in the gym, on ski’s, on a run etc etc. He’s also a proud Welshman, Liverpool supporter and amateur historian!

Denise Watson

Dee has 6 years’ experience in Recruitment and joined Impact early 2017, covering a unique creative client base with outstanding temps.
She supports her candidate’s passions by helping them secure work in creative spaces. Dee is super organised and will always go out her way to make sure she’s on top on things for her and her team.
Dee embraces the importance of a work life balance and is a keen gym goer (and loves to motivate others to do the same!). You will find her on the weekend in a bar with friends dancing, house renovating or spending time with her niece and nephew.

Ellen O’Mahony

Ellen started her career at Impact just over 3.5 years ago, brand new to London as a Team Assistant to the temp team and has quickly progressed into the Consultant she is today. From Consultant, Ellen has stepped in to manage the day to day of the temp desk here at Impact, covering temporary support roles all across the creative and media industry as well as more creative temp roles coming her way which she has really enjoyed working on. Her days are never the same, but that is what she loves and thrives off! Ellen’s love for recruitment grew from Impact’s way of doing things- which makes us stand out from the crowd so much. With Ellen’s natural personable way, she has built solid and long lasting relationships with her candidates and clients alike.

Ellen also sits on the Events and Social Impact team at Impact and is often found at volunteering events across the year, giving back is something that Ellen is really passionate about which aligns with Impact’s values, to name one.

Outside work, you will find Ellen making the most of London life... this could be a brunch with the girls, trying out the latest and trendiest place in town for dinner & drinks, at the gym, attempting to be cultural by popping to galleries, art exhibitions as well as day trips out of London.

Michelle Davies

Michelle has been an integral part of the Impact family since 2014 and has grown from Consultant to her current role as Director & Head of Support. She has an extensive network and a wealth of experience partnering our clients and sourcing support candidates across the media and creative industries. She is part of leadership team and member of the Social Impact team, being instrumental in driving our ‘future proofing talent through diversity’ project.
With Welsh roots, she brings a sense of humour to the office as well as a competitive nature and unwavering client focus.
In her spare time, she can be found watching or sparring in the boxing ring or hanging with her nieces and nephews every opportunity she gets!

Lauren Watling

Lauren has been recruiting support staff for the past 7 years and joined Impact beginning of 2017 .

As Senior Consultant, her clients span Impact’s core media and creative industries, from global entertainment and fashion brands to the network agencies of WPP, IPG and Publicis. Lauren’s continued success has seen her win Employee of the month on multiple occasions.

She is part of the Impact’s Pimlico Mentor project spending time supporting students during education and career choices. Outside work, Lauren has a passion for interior design and you will find her at Laura Ashley planning her next room. We also cannot forget the fact she is a fur mummy to Hugo.
