Our Joint MDs with Prince Charles at their BITC inauguration.
We are part of the Prince of Wales responsible business network
- Business in the Community. It brings companies who are committed
to good business practice together to tackle a wide range of issues
that are essential to building a fairer society and a more
sustainable future.
Impact commenced our partnership with BITC in 2015 and in doing
so, joins such illustrious companies as Fujitsu, Leo Burnett,
Diageo and Bloomberg.
BITC are assisting us to shape our CSR policy demonstrating our
committment to good business and will contribute to our staff's
well-being and careers.
They also enable Impact practical ways to work together in
multiple channels where we will take action to help tackle some of
the key issues facing society.
As a media recruitment agency, we will be working with BITC on
Employment, Enterprise, Education and Environment

We work with Inspire, a Hackney based charity who partner
with primary schools, secondary schools, colleges, disengaged young
people and young people not in employment or education
(NEET).
Inspire and Impact partner in two ways; we create
internships for students from Hackney Schools, and we also attend
schools and colleges to provide CV and career advice. We are also
able to educate young people on how to begin a career within the
media industry which plays a key role in inspiring, supporting and
opening doors for young people.
We believe we can make a difference to the young and more
disadvantaged areas of society with our knowledge and expertise.
Through education and internships, Impact also provides a link
between our prestigious clients and those that may not have such an
opportunity within the industry.

Members of our team at Colour Run on behalf of NSPCC
Each year we work with nominated charities to raise money for a
good causes. Each member of our team is passionate about raising
money through events and initiatives.
One Sunday last summer, some of our team took part in Colour Run
at Wembley to raise money for the NSPCC and we raised over £500.
Not only was this a great cause but also great fun!
In 2016 a team from Impact will be running the Vitality Brighton
Half Marathon to raise money for Chestnut House, a children's
hospice and there will be further opportunities to raise even more
money for our nominated charities, something all our staff relish
the opportunity to do.
