Are you a motivated and enthusiastic HR Business Partner working within the creative industry? Do you have strong relationship building skills with the gravitas to drive various HR initiatives?I am currently partnering with a massive global design agency to find an HR Business Partner to join them on a 12 month FTC to cover a maternity leave starting in January. The company is based across EMEA and the US with a global reach and has worked with some of the world's largest companies. They are an international experience agency with a focus on innovation and being best in class. This role is stand-alone, reporting directly into the senior leadership team; you will have autonomy to drive projects and also have the3 support of the over-seas HR network.As the HR Business Partner you will be the first point of contact for all things HR within the London office. You will advise and coach hiring managers on a range issues regarding performance management, engagement and other ER related issues. You will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and be a constant source of inspiration. You will lead on recruitment, liasing with agencies and the wider talent team to ensure resource needs are met as well as ensuring payroll changes are up-to-date. A big part of this role will be driving diversity and engagement projects, so you will need a forward thinking nature.This HR Business partner role will ideally suit someone with solid business partnering experience within the creative field, who gets the fast-paced nature of agency life. You will be able to drive projects through your infectious enthusiasm, underpinned by sound HR knowledge.
