Are you a strategic, commercially minded Head of HR who is used to working in a fast paced, continually evolving creative company? Have you worked within the retail or creative industry, partnering across multiple European sites and bring a true strategic & progressive HR partnering style? Our client, an international creative marketing agency who have recently gone through an exciting period of change, are looking for a Head of HR to join their amazing team.  With an appetite for culture and people, you will play a significant role in executing the people strategy for your client groups.  This role has a European and UK remit, you will manage a HR team and partner senior stakeholders on implementing a range of HR initiatives whilst also being comfortable rolling your sleeves up operationally.   Reporting into the international HR Director, you will implement robust HR frameworks and be people focused, brining bring a truly innovative style to the table. Key projects include roll out of a new HRIS, implementing salary review process and leading on culture initiatives.  You will have sound European employment law knowledge, including leading on TUPE across multiple markets.    You will have worked within the retail/creative partnering multiple markets and ideally have had a European remit previously.  You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, naturally gravitating to a senior international client group and able to flex your style to cater for your audience. You will bring a blended strategic and operational HR style, confident adapting within both when needed.   You will be comfortable working at pace, with changing priorities and be versatile and resilient in your approach.  This is a truly fantastic opportunity to shine in a high performing business and partner them on the next phase of their growth journey
