Are you an enthusiastic HR Business Partner who is strong on Employee Relations? Do you have current HR experience in the retail or creative industry?I've partnered with a fast paced, international Creative Marketing Agency who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their inspirational team of 5 in London plus Talent Acquisition. This role has a regional to support the on-site client group which includes Account Directors, Managing Directors and Managing Partners. We are looking for someone who is strong on Employee Relations as this role is equally balanced in Employee Relations case management and HR projects and initiatives. This would suit a HR Business Partner who currently works within the retail industry, where you deal with a high volume of Employee Relations across multiple sites so you will be able to coach line managers through process. Experience with TUPE is especially desirable! You'll be a natural relationship builder and be excited to travel 2 days per week in the UK, mostly along the M4 corridor and in London to truly nurture your client group. Key projects include Wellbeing, Engagement and Learning and Development - developing line managers to build an innovative talent programme. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have HR experience within the Retail or Creative industry and have the ability to work in an ambiguous environment. You will be versatile and confident in your approach in this high performing business.
