L&D Sales Trainer– Global Media

Our client, a leading Media provider worldwide is looking for an L&D Manager to work in their offices in Dublin, Ireland. During an exciting time of change and growth, you will take ownership of the coaching, development and mentoring of a number of new call centre hires. This is a high impact role with a specific focus on the effective delivery of core sales, management and skills development training.
In this role you will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of scalable learning programs including, product knowledge, sales, communication and leadership skills as well as a virtual training experience. You will leverage and expand on existing Technology solutions, including a company-wide social media platform to deliver innovative learning and further develop the company’s sales workforce.
You will have strong face to face and virtual facilitation skills as well as experience in training sales teams. Solid L&D experience gained in a corporate environment and experience in using social media to drive employee learning and engagement is also essential. You must have strong project management experience, including Global implementation and be happy to be based in Dublin with the ability to travel. A European language is desirable but not essential.
