Accounts Payable Assistant

A temporary opportunity to work within the finance department of this independent creative communications agency in central London. Assisting the purchase ledger manager with an increase in workload volume due to increased business,we seek an experienced accounts payable person for up to four weeks from end of June 2012.

Taking ownership of a pre-agreed number of our clients you will be able to delight internal and external customers with your pace and ability to bring swift resolution to payables queries and effectively manage peoples expectations. As we are a growing business there are always time-pressures on our work. We therefore seek an individual who has previous successes introducing financial processes to increase our effectiveness. You will have an inherent ability to manage expectations of our suppliers with your communication skills and brief on expected timescales.

We seek and affirmative individual who can demonstrate patience, flexibility lateral thought and intuitive thinking within a pressured environment.
