Are you a highly organised and experienced Project / Traffic manager? Fancy joining an award-winning PR comms agency? Then look no further!As Traffic manager you will be responsible for the workflow through our busy design, film and studio teams. This will include the schedule and management of client work, new business (pitch and proposal design) and marketing collateral. You have previously worked in a production environment  managing multiple projects and the creative process throughout. The ideal candidate would have experience in print production would be an advantage The Traffic manager is ultimately a client-facing role which blends production management and project management. As Traffic manager you will be responsible for the traffic and flow of new business, the efficient servicing of clients and the development of our services into new areas of content (on and offline). As Traffic manager you will work closely with the head of broadcast and our lead designer to bring teams together as one and create a holistic approach to creative content. This may involve creating then implementing a new booking system for filtering and prioritising work. Other duties include: - Gate-keeper to our creative teams with overall responsibility for workflow, scheduling, resourcing and time management -   Project management of client projects (design, film, digital – working with partners) - Management of the diaries - Responsible for budgets, project timelines and deadlines - Some new business and proposal writing -  Quality control -  Supplier management and partnership development e.g. with printers, freelance creatives, web developers etc. - Business development via marketing of our creative content services (events, thought leadership content, credentials, marketing campaigns) - Training of colleagues in the wider agency to aid understanding of production processesThe ideal Traffic manager  would have experience in a busy production environment. You will be hyper-organised, a stickler for detail, with an unfailing commitment to quality and efficiency and exceptional communications skills. We are seeking an individual with a passion for storytelling and demonstrable, proven experience of managing the creative process across both graphic design and film production. Experience of digital production would be an advantage. - Proven work experience in a production environment with oversight of and responsibility for the schedule and workflow -  Experience coordinating design and film teams and managing multiple, concurrent deadlines -  Robust understanding of the planning and creative processes for both graphic design and film production, including knowledge of print production - Client-facing (project management) experience, running design and film projects end-to-end - Experience overseeing digital projects, whether working with a partner or an in-house team would be a plus - Exceptional organisational skills - A can-do attitude, unwavering attention to detail and strong people skills - The ability to juggle multiple tasks is critical - Evidence of abilities as a problem-solver, quick thinker and team player - Great communications skills, especially written“Impact is an inclusive agency committed to building diversity in the Media and Creative Industries”
