An exciting new Team Assistant role has come up at an amazing, independent creative agency in central London. This is an great opportunity to work at a leading agency, who are extremely passionate about what they do and believe in the creative power of the mind and the transformative value of experiences. Your role as Team Assistant will be to support one of the Senior PA's within the company in providing a high standard of administrative support to the Senior Management Team within a busy office environment. The role will support/ assist with administrative duties such as diary management, booking travel, expenses, pulling together presentations and documents and running errands under the guidance and direction of the PA. You will support with booking taxis and travel arrangements through an online portal. You will assist with diary management, booking meeting rooms with Google Calendar and organise meeting refreshments from their in-house catering team. You will carry out general administrative and support duties including photocopying, binding etc., preparing meeting documentation and maintaining filing systems and stationary stocks. You will run errands out of the office for the Senior Management Team and deal with calls and use initiative when the Senior Management Team are not available. You will maintain timesheets and support with expenses, update Maconomy (finance system), produce PO’s, collect the team post daily, help to keep the office environment / meeting rooms clean and tidy. You will also provide cover on reception on a daily basis and assist them during busy periods or sickness as required (trainingwill be provided.)The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and working in a media/ creative environment is advantageous but not essential. You must be proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will be articulate, friendly, approachable and a strong communicator and relationship builder with excellent organisational skills, ablility to prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines. You must be attentive to detail, trustworthy and reliable, able to work on your own initiative and unsupervised, with a flexible attitude to work and ability to work with a wide range of personalities. You will be hard-working, self-motivated, with a desire to achieve a high standard of work within any given task and a commitment to quality and professionalism. You must have a can-do attitude, be a team player with a good sense of humour.
