As a Senior Community Manager, you will work with the account team and the clients working across social content planning and execution. Day to day you will develop the content, manage the social media platforms and own the editorial calendar. The key responsibilities of the Senior Community Manager are: - Providing multiple high-quality solutions to clients within deadlines. - Excellent internal and external communication, from taking a brief, generating ideas with the Creative, Account and Strategy team. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest innovations across the social media platforms and the industry. - Social Insight and Reporting so to use the data for future strategies and campaigns. - Content organisation and planning. - Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in copywriting or journalism is essential. - As it is a fast-paced industry, working experience in a similar environment is beneficial. - Good knowledge across the variety of social media platforms. - Technical skills like Photoshop will be advantageous. - Experience in using social media management/reporting tools required. - Good understanding of the luxury brand sector.  “Impact is an inclusive agency committed to building diversity in the Media and Creative Industries”
