Do you want to work closely with HR on Talent Strategy?I am currently partnering with a leading communications agency who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their tight-knit HR team. The company are an eclectic mix of individuals in a fast-paced and fluid environment. They have an emphasis on sharing ideas and you will be able to implement your own well thought-out initiatives.As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will work closely with HR to define the Talent strategy, while looking after the end-to-recruitment across the business. You will enjoy an environment of real collaboration and be expected to add real value with your employer branding and attraction knowledge. You will work closely with hiring managers to define job roles and actively source for best-in-class candidates. You will manage the recruitment process efficiently and be the subject-matter expert on talent mapping. To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Manager role you will be a naturally adaptable communicator able to thrive in ambiguous environments. You will have gravitas when talking to senior colleagues and be able to influence strategy using your recruitment acumen.
