Look no further, as we have an incredible opportunity to join a large well-renowned media agency within their high performing Talent Acquisition team. This global agency are at the forefront of their field, and you will contribute to one of the most successful group of companies in the industry. You will partner with an exciting client group and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 10-20 media planning & buying roles at any one time.  Building successful relationships with hiring managers and priding yourself on delivering an exceptional service, you’ll network within media planning and buying to create talent pipelines.  Day to day responsibilities will entail liaising with talent pipelines, working with and coaching hiring managers on live vacancies, creatively positioning job adverts and proactively sourcing and screening candidates. You will be a true representative of the agency for all prospective candidates and demonstrate the brand values at all times.  Working within a supportive, fast paced and social team environment, your ideas will be encouraged and you will have the opportunity to deliver on talent attraction projects. To be successful in this Talent Acquisition Manager role you will need to bring 18 – 24 months agency or in-house recruitment experience, ideally within media, communications, advertising.  You will be naturally organised and able to deal with a diverse and demanding workload with ease. You will be a strong and confident communicator and be able to keep the recruitment process moving through your energy and enthusiasm. Sound like you?
