About the role.

We are Partnering with an industry leading employer branding agency, based in central London. A fantastic and genuine agency, working with a portfolio of huge clients - helping their clients become more attractive to talent, from enticing them, to engaging with them.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Partner/Account Director to lead a portfolio of clients and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Duties:
  • Maximize client success and growth through innovative solutions and business development opportunities.
  • Drive client portfolio growth through new business development.
  • Achieve year-on-year revenue growth and maintain a portfolio average client margin above 20%.
  • Focus on client retention with exceptional work quality, efficient processes, and proactive feedback collection.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions with strategic input and outstanding outputs.

Requirements:
  • Proven background as an Account Director in a high-volume, fast-turnaround agency (Within Employer Branding)
  • Strong line management and pitching skills.
  • Exceptional proposal and sales document writing abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue and profit for assigned accounts.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
