As an Account Manager, you will be the lead day-to-day liaison for your assigned accounts, serving as the bridge between the agency and the clients. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient, effective, and profitable delivery of their services.
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with the agency and clients to develop and manage client business effectively.
- Provide category expertise and leadership, guiding internal teams to meet client goals.
- Build strong client relationships and troubleshoot conflicts as they arise.
- Lead the development of strategic solutions that enhance brand equity and achieve results.
- Plan and execute assignments on strategy, on time, and on budget.
- Deliver polished client presentations, both written and verbal.
- Provide on-the-job training, development, and feedback to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Prior work in a creative marketing agency, demonstrating industry insight and client focussed expertise.
- Proven track-record in leading end-to-end marketing campaigns, from conception to analysis.
- Strong history of nurturing client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
- Skilled in developing and executing solutions aligned with client objectives and brand enhancement.
- Effective cross-functional teamwork, including mentorship of junior team members
