My client are an exciting and innovative Design agency who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their hard working and creative Finance Team. The company work on some great and exciting projects and are seeking a finance professional to join their team.
The AP Assistant will be responsible for setting up and maintaining supplier details, monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, must ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner and other Ad-Hoc tasks. Communication is key in this role as you will keep up relationships with many creative, finance and senior members of staff as well as the suppliers associated.
The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience within an office or finance role.
