About the role.

An incredible opportunity for an experienced, immediately available HRBP to join a high profile creative business of circa x 1000 headcount in London.   Joining on a 12 month fixed term contract, you'll be working within a collaborative, but lean HR team, and will partner with a diverse creative client group of 400, with line management responsibility.

Reporting into an inspiring Head of HR, you will partner Directors and Heads of Department bringing a coaching and confident style.

A truly generalist HR remit incorporating leadership and management development, performance management, ER, reward, recruitment and D&I.  You’ll work in partnership with specialist teams to deliver outstanding HR solutions with a focus on coaching senior stakeholders and line managers.

Projects include embedding a new performance management framework and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Successful candidates will be CIPD qualified, have strong experience of change management and restructures and solid employment law knowledge.  You’ll be proactive, used to a fast paced environment and take a creative solutions approach whilst demonstrating strong influencing skills and stakeholder management. 

Combine this with solid HRBP experience gained within a similar sized creative company and a genuine passion for the Arts.
