Creative Resourcer - Independent Creative Advertising Agency
Brand new Creative Resourcing Role has arisen for an independent Advertising agency based in Central London. Working alongside a fun and energetic team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and creative agency with people and culture at its core!
As Creative Resourcer, your role will work closely with the creative team to ensure work is properly and effectively allocated and that the team is well looked after. You will be the person on hand to organise the team when briefs come in; you will establish needs, timelines and the best people to work across different projects and will then use your organisation skills to allocate the right people to the brief factoring in availability, skill set and their professional development. You will be a font of all knowledge within the team and will be scheduling time, taking a broad view of all agency activity and acting as a POC for any freelancers that are needed to fill the skills gap. This is a heavily organisation based role and also requires excellent communication skills. You will need to be confident to get to know everyone in the agency and be a real presence among the team.
To be considered for this role, you should be an exceptionally organised person with a strong skillset and at least 1 years’ experience in a Resourcer / Traffic / workflow role or a similar role e.g. Producer / Project Manager. You will have experience in agency and will bring curiosity, confidence, empathy and ambition to this role. You must be someone who can put yourself out there, ask a lot of questions and really get to know the team and their strengths. You should also be empathetic, caring and able to have fun at work!
