Design Project Manager – Events Agency
Global Events Agency are looking for a Design Project Manager to join their growing team! Based partly in West London (1 day) and partly WFH (hybrid model), in cool and creative offices, this is a brand new role and one not to be missed! As Design Project Manager, this role will work closely with the creative design team to oversee a number of exciting projects, mainly be across video and website builds initially, so digital experience is essential! Day to day, you will be the main POC for projects, taking briefs, overseeing all scheduling and workflow, resourcing as required and ensuring deadlines are hit. You will be liaising with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, managing all related admin and assets, sourcing and managing freelancers, preparing presentations, presenting and tracking progress.
To be considered for this brand new role, you should be an experienced Project Manager (2 years+) from within a creative agency (ideally Events or similar). Your will have design and digital expertise, with specific experience working on video and website builds. You will have top class communication and solid organisation skills, strong problem solving capability and a diplomatic nature. You will bring impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.
