Excited to be partnering with a high-end luxury global brand with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join their forward-thinking growing team.
With a client group circa 500 across business units, this is a unique opportunity for a D&I Specialist or HR Professional (with a proven EDI track record) wanting to expand their HR career within a global environment.
Reporting to the ED&I Lead and working within a small specialist team you’ll partner with the leadership team and key stakeholders (with the support of their people team) to create an effective D&I plan whilst acting as the main point of contact across their business units. A fresh role aimed at championing diversity and representation across the business (especially mid-senior level), where you will create, develop and launch new EDI initiatives, create an inclusive culture as well as help shape their EDI strategy.
With strong stakeholder management you’ll partner with the senior HR team to advise and consult to develop local EDI plans. You will project manage steering groups, liaise with networks and deliver proactive training and guidance to employees and the wider business. The role will include business partnering, programme design & implementation, data analytics as well as providing high level support to SLT and business units to enable the delivery of their inclusive people strategy for 2023.
Successful candidates will bring lived diversity experience and an HR background, alongside effective, impactful ED&I experience and strong project management skills. We are looking for a true change agent who can realise and measure new initiatives that can achieve the company’s ambitious targets.
You’ll bring HR experience gained within a complex matrix international structure alongside exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills. This is a superb opportunity to build on existing programmes and truly shape your role.
