Our client, a well-known theatre, is now looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is a traditional EA role, so one of your main responsibilities will be complex diary management, national and international travel booking, setting up meetings across the UK, minute taking and dictation, writing press releases and much more. You will be happy to work alongside other PA's and be part of a team on a daily basis. You will be used to working within the fast paced theatre industry, supporting your Exec’s and their wider teams with attention to detail being second nature to you, you triple check everything to ensure complete perfection, and everything is handled to the highest of standards.
To be considered for this role, you must have worked within a theatre previously and at least 5 years experience as a PA/EA. You will be calm under pressure, approachable and able to build relationships well. You should be adaptable and flexible, you have excellent PA experience and you only need to be told once. You are focussed yet still able to relax and connect with your team. You are passionate and willing to get stuck in, knowing you are a part of such an incredible company.
