About the role.

My client, a growing on-line fundraiser is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their growing team. They’re a tech business looking to grow through smart growth marketing.

This role is ideal for a someone client side or a digital media agency looking to move into an ethical and hugely successful company. It will be an opportunity with proven track record of demand generation for a B2B product to come in, execute and implement an exciting new innovation within the fundraising world.

The responsibilities include:

· Lead Campaign management / Define timelines, milestones etc
· Formulate marketing strategy to attract new clients
· Partner with marketing and sales team to generate leads
· Write excellent content for campaigns and materials
· Customer awareness – create experiments and run tests to optimise performance.
· Organise multi-channel lead generation activities – trade shows, email campaigns, webinars etc
· Continually measure effectiveness and performance.
· Work closely with our B2B CRM team to optimise campaigns.

Skills and experience
· 3+ years in growth marketing
· Experience in B2B, running campaigns to create leads for B2B products
· Not for profit experience highly desirable
· Highly creative
· Excellent problem solver
· Interest in tech an advantage
· Strong ethical values
· Good attention detail
· Used to work on multiple projects at fast pace
