Head of HR

10 months – Early May start date

£75K - £85K

3 days a week onsite


 

We are partnering with an award winning, global branding consultancy to hire their Head of HR for a 10 month maternity cover. With a headcount of 80, you will be responsible for all aspects of the HR, delivering both strategic solutions and operational excellence.


Supported by an experienced People Advisor, you will be hands-on Manager who really embeds themselves into the culture of the business. We want someone with gravitas and confidence, who can deliver value-add HR within the business.  


The role will involve some exciting projects around CSR and cultural initiatives, DE&I and L&D offerings. This organisation is people-centric and forward thinking and that’s reflected it its recent award for “12th best place to work”.


 
A true generalist role, you will manage a Talent Manger, partnering where necessary and offering guidance and support. You will coach Managers and become an extension of their teams – understanding the nuances of different areas within the business and be able to offer a solutions driven approach to any ER that arises. You will manage the L&D budget and have an input in the 2024 training strategy.  A data and insights led business, you will be tech savvy, and be comfortable manipulating data using excel.


 
This would suit someone from an SME, looking for a dynamic, forward thinking organisation with a great culture.
