About the role.

 

We are partnering with a buzzing employee owned agency, working with incredible household named clients on external and internal communications campaigns, with the aim of making clients more attractive to internal talent through engagement.

They are looking for a Head of Media to manage the current Paid Media manager, whilst growing a media team. You will be the voice of Media for the agency, advising, strategizing plus educating internal teams and clients on media offerings.

Reporting into the managing director and Client services director, this role will play a pivotal part in elevating the media offerings for the agency’s clients, and driving forward the commercial profitability of the media department.

The role:
  • Manage The current paid media manager and grow a media department
  • Help introduce and get the most out of the programmatic system
  • Provide media solutions, expertise and education to clients and internal teams
  • Manage client campaigns using various digital marketing channels
  • Build and deliver performance testing plans across the client portfolio
  • Manage budgets of behalf of clients

You:
  • Experience in leading and managing a media function within an agency – 3-5 years’ experience
  • Agency background - B2B
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Platforms
  • Knowledge of Appcast and programmatic software
  • Proven record of managing multiple digital marketing campaigns
