HR Advisor - Creative Agency

If so - I’m working with a hugely successful media agency who are looking for a bright, innovative and solutions focused HR Advisor to join their fantastic team. Supporting the Head of HR, you will have owned the employee life cycle and come with a hunger to develop.
This role is fully generalist, managed the employee life cycle, owned the starter/leaver process, you will have had exposure to leading on ER cases and want to take ownership on a range of projects around Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion.
You will be comfortable leading on all HR administration and be technically savvy. Previous experience of using Bamboo HR will be an advantage.
You will have a passion for Diversity & Inclusion and come with ideas on how to continue pushing this to the forefront. You will have worked in a fast paced, creative environment and be comfortable with ambiguity. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of instantly building credibility with senior stakeholders.
You will come with an opinion on HR and come with a confident and pro-active style which will make you visible across the agency. Being versatile is essential, you will be able to flex your style to suit your audience. Having a commercial and pragmatic approach is important, you will bring examples of where you’ve had to take ownership of projects whilst partnering a creative client group.
