About the role.

HR Advisor – Fab Entertainment Business

12 mth FTC – Immediate Start

 
Are you passionate about the Arts, Theatre, Entertainment world?  Are you operating at HR Officer, Junior Advisor level and ready to step up to HR Advisor?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a progressive thinking, collaborative and experienced HR Advisor to join this incredible creative business during an exciting period.

Working within a collaborative and supportive HR team and partnering with a diverse creative client group of circa x600 you will be able to flex and adapt your style, demonstrate excellent communication skills, bring an innovative HR style and have the ability to instantly build relationships across a creative client group.

Handling end to end employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, development; you will partner with Line Managers around team performance, absence management and change management.

You’ll be being passionate about streamlining processes and enhancing their HR learning journey and support Managers with the recently implemented HRIS.  With strong employment law knowledge you’ll be able to handle ER cases including disciplinaries and grievances and advise and coach Managers.  With D&I initiatives a key priority for this organisation you’ll work on projects with the business.

Successful candidates will have 3 years + HR experience within a similar sized creative, fast paced media, or arts industry.  CIPD qualified or currently studying and bring strong ER expertise (including, disciplinary, grievances) and solid employment law knowledge.
