People and Culture Advisor – Fantastic Independent Creative Company!
£36k - £45K
Hybrid – 3 days on-site / 2 days WFH

Our client is a fiercely independent, creative company with a family of free-thinking individuals that love to have fun!

With a great opportunity to join the company as an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Advisor, you will bring 2-3 years HR advisory experience to the table, with the desire to add value to this company and leave your mark! You will have the opportunity to lead on project work and implement new initiatives with prospects for development and progression.

Being the face of HR, you will be the go-to contact for employees and managers in the company. Looking for a new challenge, you will be a confident HR professional with sound understanding in the field and solid employment law knowledge. You will confidently lead on ER cases including performance management, manage the employee lifecycle including the on-boarding and off-boarding process, review policies and procedures and play an active part in wellbeing initiatives.

You’ll have a strength in building relationships and a passion for diversity & inclusion initiatives. As a hard-working individual, you will thrive in this modern company of 400, within a collaborative and supportive HR team and will have the opportunity to work with some exceptionally inspirational professionals.
