Being the go-to contact for employees, you will be a confident HR professional looking for a new challenge. You will confidently lead on ER cases including performance management, manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process, review policies and procedures and play an active part in wellbeing initiatives.
As a hard-working individual, you will thrive in this modern company of 400, within a collaborative and supportive HR team and will have the opportunity to work with some exceptionally inspirational employees.
