HR and Payroll Coordinator – Production Company!

Our client, an award-winning TV production company are looking for an HR and Payroll Coordinator to join the HR team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the payroll process for the company. A super important task, it is imperative you have previous experience of working across payroll within a business of over 50 employees.
You will love a spreadsheet and have strong attention to detail. As well as managing the payroll internally you will also offer HR admin support. You will manage the HR inbox, dealing with any 1st line enquiries, look after the employee life cycle and book inductions. You will assist the HR Manager with recruitment, particularly around D,E&I projects, and work closely with the Culture Club to push through wellbeing initiatives.
