HR Operations Assistant - Advertising Agency
Are you a HR Administrator/Assistant, who has worked within the creative or tech industry before and is used to working in a fast paced business?
Do you bring a pro-active style, have strong attention to detail and organisation skills and have had exposure to a HR generalist remit?
An established advertising agency is looking for a HR assistant to join their team. Dual reporting into the HR Manager and HR Ops Team Lead, you'll be used to working with high volume.
You will have ownership of all elements of HR admin supporting the whole employee life cycle, from on-boarding, drafting HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, monitoring attendance, off-boarding and payroll administration.
You will have good analytical skills and an eye for data when doing checks on payroll. You will be quick at picking up new systems and have an eye for streamlining processes.
The ideal candidate will be from a creative/tech industry background and have solid experience of looking after the full remit of HR admin. Candidates should be organised, personable and adaptable with outstanding communication skills and a pro-active style.
