Are you and immediately available HR Assistant, looking for an ongoing FTC?
My client is a fab communications agency looking for a temp HR Assistant. They are looking for someone to come in, hit the ground running and support on the day to day running of the HR department.
You will be working in a team of three in an amazing new, open plan office in west London. The company are working on some key projects such as new policies, implementing new systems and awards they are currently running for –there will be a chance to support on these projects, but the priority is the administrative duties. Some of your responsibilities will be supporting on payroll, managing sick leave, mat/pat leave and supporting in ER meetings. There is also a great opportunity to assist with the wider projects within the business.
You will be confident in standing on your own two feet, super organised and have strong attention to detail. As you will be building relationships with people across all levels of the agency, someone who is open, switched-on and vibrant would be great!
Previous HR administration experience is essential.
