HR Business Partner – 12 month FTC

Immediate Start – August 2022

£55K - £60K

Our client, a visual effects organisation are looking for a HRBP to come onboard for a 12 month FTC, ideally starting in August.

 

Reporting into the Head of HR, within a team of 4, you will be an experienced HRBP looking for an exciting new challenge. Working closely with Managers and Senior Leaders, you will forge immediate, impactful relationships and provide support and guidance. Supporting across global offices, you will ideally have had some international HR experience. The business is going through a transformation project so we are looking for someone who can work at pace and is comfortable with ambiguity.

 

You will manage all ER cases and be the eyes and ears on the ground. Dealing with all issues before escalation and offering advice to managers to ensure they are getting the best out of their team. You will build and deliver training, identifying needs across your client group,  assessing how they can further themselves professionally. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will help execute initiatives around wellbeing and culture, and consistently be reviewing the needs of your stakeholders.

 

A project led role, you will be able part of a full review of policies and procedures and be keen to offer suggestions to help better HR practices. You will be confident and have the gravitas to push back where necessary. You will be knowledgeable in your field and be able to build strong relationships from the off.  This role offers huge potential for someone looking to work for an award-wining organisation with a culture second to none!
