HR Business Partner - incredible creative agency

Our client, a fantastic and fast-growing creative agency, is searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis and add real value from day one.

Partnering closely with the CEO and other senior stakeholders, you will be instrumental in helping in the implementation of wellbeing initiatives, benefits programmes and brand new L&D projects. This is a very varied role with the chance to be involved in a number of exciting projects, as well as the day-to-day management of the HR function.

Supported by the wider operations team, you will be across all facets of generalist responsibilities - from recruitment to L&D, as well as some employee relations casework. The ideal person for this role will be an experienced HR Business Partner with experience of working in a fast-paced, environment. Essentially, you will have working within an agency, and understand the nuances of the culture. An expert at stakeholder management, you'll be able to keep track of a busy workload while working strategically to implement new initiatives across the business.
