Our client, a Production Entertainment Business have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join their forward-thinking HR team.
A fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP (with a passion for the film industry and a large client group experience, ideally within the creative/media industry) wanting to step up into a true HRBP role.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will work closely with their other HRBP, with the support of their HR Ops team, whilst acting as the main HR contact for your business area.
You will deliver a proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance to employees and the wider business. The role will include HR business partnering, organisational design, employee relations, talent management, reward and wellbeing, as well as providing high level support to the Head of HR to enable the delivery of the company’s people strategy, projects and HRIS implementation for 2023.
This fast-paced creative company requires strong stakeholder management and ability to build effective relationships. You’ll have a strength with L&D to be able to design and deliver management development programmes. Nurturing new manager capability and building management capability.
Successful candidates will have partnered with a client group of 400+ and bring strong HR operational experience gained within the creative, media, communications or entertainment industry.
