About the role.

HR Business Partner – Digital Comms Agency 

£60K - £65K 

Superb opportunity to join this creative, fast paced digital agency in a standalone HR capacity in a strategic and operational blended role. Partnering with an inspiring leadership team and wider stakeholder group, you’ll be responsible for full HR generalist / operational remit and employee life cycle.  

With a focus on upskilling line manager capability, partnering on succession planning and career pathways, they are ambitious to improve retention and engagement. 

Projects will include wellbeing, ED&I, emerging talent and process improvement. 

Successful candidates will be CIPD qualified and bring exceptional stakeholder management, gravitas and relationship building skills. You will have solid employment law knowledge and experience of handling complex ER cases. You will bring 6 + years generalist HR experience and a passion and motivation to add value within a people centric business. Our client is looking for relevant HR experience gained within Marketing, Media, Digital, Ecommerce or Comms. You will be ready to roll your sleeves up and get involved with everything – covering all operational HR duties.
