An innovative creative agency is looking for a HR coordinator to join their team as the company goes through an exciting period of growth.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will have ownership of all elements of HR admin supporting the whole employee life cycle in this pure generalist remit. This will include drafting HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, monitoring attendance and updating the HR database.
Playing a key role in supporting the HR team, you will be assisting with HR queries, supporting on any lower level ER issues and be the first point of contact for employees.
You will be systems savvy and have strong attention to detail, as well as picking up new systems quickly.
The ideal candidate will be from a creative/tech industry background and have solid experience of looking after the full remit of HR admin. Candidates should be organised, personable and adaptable with outstanding communication skills and a pro-active style.
