A leading marketing agency are looking for a HR coordinator to joint their fab team partnering a diverse client group across their agency. Reporting to the Senior People Partner you'll own the employee life cycle from starters to leavers.
You'll be super organised and comfortable picking up new systems, as well as confident being the first POC for HR queries. You’ll support on low level ER cases, assist with benefit queries, do final payroll checks and support with engagement initiatives.
You'll also get the opportunity to support the Senior People Partner and HR Advisor with key projects around D&I and engagement. You'll have ideally partnered a creative client group previously, confident answering HR questions and being a visible presence.
You'll be systems savvy, able to pick upload data onto their HRIS. You will have ownership of all elements of HR admin and supporting the whole employee life cycle in this pure generalist remit. This will include drafting HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, monitoring attendance and updating the HR database.
The ideal candidate will have worked within the creative sector and have solid experience of looking after the full remit of HR admin. Candidates should be organised, personable and adaptable with outstanding communication skills and a good understanding of HR best practice.
