Our client, a very well-known creative business within the media industry, is looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their collaborative, generalist HR team on an initial 7 month FTC. Working within a very collaborative and efficient HR team, you’ll work across all ongoing strategic projects covering reward and recognition, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and much more!
Ideally, you’ll have demonstrable experience working within a small organisation (headcount of 200 or less), the ability to work with pace and a confident approach to a range of ER cases. You’ll need to be comfortable interacting with a variety of senior stakeholders and happy to roll your sleeves up and tackle things head on. There's lots to get involved with from recruitment to learning and development (and everything in between), so you should be passionate about all things generalist!
Your day-to-day is likely to keep you on your toes but you'll be working in a core function for the continued development of the business, so you'll really be able to make an impact!
