HR Manager

£55K-£60K
Hybrid 2 – 3 days

 
Our client, a global advertising agency are looking for a superstar HR Manager.  Overseeing two agencies with a combined headcount of 130, you will be a seasoned HR professional who is able to flex their approach to different client groups. You will manage an HR Coordinator, and you will enjoy developing your team.  We are looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and get stuck in operationally.

 A strong emphasis on business partnering, we are looking for someone to build immediate relationships with all managers; coaching and advising to ensure best practise. Leading from the front, you will flourish in a fast paced, project led environment.  You will manage all ER cases and have an informal yet professional approach.

Operationally, you will be responsible for payroll and must have previous experience in this area. Strategically, you will take the lead on D&I projects as well as deliver wellbeing initiatives to both agencies. We are looking for someone with gravitas, confidence, and an ability to get stuck in from day 1!

Ideally you will have experience working within a media/creative organisation, with at least 2 years HRBP or HR Manager experience.
