About the role.

HR Manager
£60K - £65K
Hybrid working – 3 days onsite
Must be available ASAP/short notice period
Perm or 6 month FTC

We are partnering with a HealthCare agency, who have recently just merged two agencies within the group portfolio, with a headcount of 120. Reporting into the VP of People, you will operate both strategically and operationally, and be the calm, steady presence needed to support management.

You will deliver operational excellence to the agency, with a real focus on employee engagement. They agency is looking to build a new culture in their new chapter and you will be a real part of this! Previous experience of working within an agency is desirable as is working in a matrix organisation.

You will be a true generalist, who enjoys a varied role. You will manage all ER, be process driven and have change management experience. Strong with data and analytics, you will drive engagement surveys and find out exactly what’s needed to make the agency the best it can be!

It is essential to have previous experience working with a matrix organization, within media.
