If you are an experienced HR Administrator or Payroll Assistant with an incredible eye for detail and a natural affinity with data, then read on!
Supporting a small HR team across the full employee lifecycle you'll be preparing contracts for new starters, updating and managing their HR system, creating data sheets and working with the payroll team to update monthly changes. Working across the onboarding and offboarding cycle you'll be confident accurately managing individual employee files.
To be successful you'll have a genuine interest in HR, have experience working within payroll and bring strong Word, Excel and database/system experience. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
This role is available on either a 4-day week basis or 5 days with shorter hours.
