Our client, a leading media production organisation, is looking for a talented and ambitious HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their growing London team! Reporting into the Head of HR, you'll be exposed to multiple facets of the HR function - including D&I projects and wellbeing initiatives.
As the business is in an enormous period of growth, you'll also be required to assist with recruitment across the business, bringing freelancers and permanent staff onboard and taking care of the induction process to ensure a smooth start for all new employees. You'll also work alongside the HR Advisor to oversee the full employee lifecycle, so this is the perfect opportunity for anyone who is looking for a way into a career in HR.
In order to thrive in this role, you'll need some experience in recruitment, with the ability to work at pace and juggle a busy workload.
