About the role.

My client is a global, high profile digital tech business who are currently going through an exciting period of positive change and transformation.  They have an opportunity for a commercial HR Business Partner, based in their Birmingham office to form part of their leadership team and initially focus on organisational design.   

You’ll partner with a dynamic, forward thinking SLT to shape the future landscape of the business whilst collaborating with London HQ.  As HRBP you’ll focus on OD, culture, integration, talent management project delivery and talent planning.  The successful candidate will have solid generalist HR experience, strong TUPE and restructure experience as well as cultural integration.  You will demonstrate both strategic and operational capability and have a passion for operating in a fast paced, high energy and changing environment. 

With a blended home/office approach post Covid you’ll be based in the office 3 days a week and will ideally be based in the West Midlands.  CIPD qualified and line management experience essential.
