About the role.

HRBP – Creative Production

12 month FTC - £45K - £48K

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to step into your first HR Business Partner role?  Have you worked within the fast paced, creative media industry?  

An international creative production agency have an opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join their fantastic team and partner with their international broadcast client group of x 150.  Working across 2 central London locations in a hybrid office/work from home set up, you’ll be embedded into the business with your stakeholders and manage full end to end employee lifecycle.  Reporting into a Senior HRBP and with the support from the wider HR team this role has a great mix of autonomy and collaboration.

With the gravitas to coach line managers on their people challenges, and enable resource requirements across projects.  You’ll have the opportunity to support across organisational structure, handle ER casework and drive mental health initiatives.

You will have a truly innovative approach, bringing ideas to life and with a versatile and adaptable method to help drive HR in the business forward.

Candidates will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and have strong employment knowledge.  A strong communicator, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport instantly and coach Managers.   Bringing an abundance of passion and creative thinking, you will thrive of the challenge of introducing though provoking HR concepts.
