Junior HRBP - Communications Agency
£50K - £55K
Hybrid working – 2 days a week onsite
We are partnering with a leading, global communications agency, who are on the hunt for a superstar Junior HRBP to join their team. Supporting a headcount of around 1000, you will sit in a team of 9, between 3 HRBPs and 2 Advisors.
You will lead on ER cases, with support from the BPs where necessary. You will be comfortable having challenging conversations and guiding managers of varying levels of experience, on best practise. As well as day to day operational support to the business, you will lead on onboarding, offboarding and inductions. This is a super exciting time join the agency as they are spearheading projects around employee engagement and have a new DE&I strategy about to launch. They have a huge HRIS implementation starting in early 2024 and the ideal candidate with be systems savvy, ideally with experience using Workday. You will passionate about all things systems and be able to tell a story using data. You will mentor the junior members of the team, offering support and guidance when required.
