Are you looking for an exciting new Advisor role, specialising in the L&D space? Our client, a creative, cool marketing agency are looking to grow the HR team and bring on an HR Advisor who is super passionate about the world of learning and development. Joining a fun and sociable team you will thrive in a pacey environment and love getting involved in projects.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of learning and developing, identifying L&D and appraisal needs across the departments, coordinate both internal and external training sessions and build strong relationships with providers and senior management teams. You will be operationally excellent and be passionate about driving the agencies training academy. You will partner with the D&I lead, looking at initiatives within the agency and executing accordingly. There is a huge amount of potential for someone to take the reins across L&D!

You will be a Senior HR Coordinator or Advisor with experience within the area of L&D. Ideally you will have worked in a creative environment. You will have excellent relationship building skills, be confident and articulate, and hungry to bring your ideas to the business.
