A hugely exciting opportunity is available within a leading entertainment brand for a Learning & Development Business Partner.
A role with huge scope to think creatively and use your influence and knowledge to add immense value, you will truly partner with the business to understand and identify needs and devise content and a range of blended solutions.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering learning content to a diverse client group, building relationships with key stakeholders to understand and identify key areas of development, and coach and empower them to think proactively in terms of the needs of their teams.
You will be experienced in 1-1 coaching, an ability to coach inexperienced managers and provide them with the tools to develop their teams will be essential. Key areas of the role include manager development, soft skills up-skilling, exec coaching and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
You will have operated at a L&D Business Partner level previously or be a superstar L&D advisor very much ready to hit the ground running in a BP level role. Experience of working across commercial client groups is key.
You will naturally think outside the box when designing & delivering content, a creative, adaptable and forward thinking style is a must! You will instantly build relationships across all levels and be comfortable to flexing your style to cater for your audience.
